What fun when we ran into friends from Midway! Jim and Karen Schlieffarth... same flight, same car rental, hotel across the street!

BIrthday Celebrations!
Chelsea and her friend Sky came to spend the day with Trent!

Winter Wonderland!
We spent the afternoon hiking along the river with Sadie. It was a beautiful... and very brisk day! The ice crystals were hanging onto the trees and logs and rocks, but the sky was a brilliant blue! Sadie loved running though the snow, creeping up on unsuspecting fishermen... and what a bonus if they had a dog! All in all... not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
