Moving Grandma!

Grandma Alta has been living in Salt Lake in a rest home for 6 months.
We were recently able to move her back to live in Heber. She is still in a rest home, and although this isn't her 1st choice, it is necessary for her at this point in her life.
Alta will be 90 years old this November, and she has definitely lived a full and productive life! As she has aged however, the challenges of aging have caused her to lose some of her independence. She suffers from some symptoms of Dimentia and Alzheimer's Disease. It is difficult to see her so challenged, but we are glad to have her home!

Alta loves having her hair done, and still worries that she looks just right!

This is her new room, it is cheerful and airy, and a great place to visit!

We had to take her to the park last Saturday! The weather was beautiful, and it was our first weekend that made us believe that summer was going to come! She and Phil shared a fresh Raspberry Shake... and she loved it!

Our hope is that she will have lots and lots of visitors, and that her days will be filled with happiness during this period of her life!
